Meh, it was alright

Graphics were simplified with a transparent background with minimal animation. The voice acting was god awful so it made it hard to distinguish whether you were trying to convey the message as serious or a joke.(Not that I would take this message seriously anyways) Changes that you could make would be getting a different voice actor, tweak your script a bit and add more details to your scenes.

Not bad

The animation itself is fine and but you should put audio in this. One might say it is "half" done :P. But exceptional for a first flash so keep up the good work

thx for the comment since this one is the first finish animation(ever) so might need some more work to improve this and about the sound i really want to put but would you mind telling me where i can find a good source for sound fx ?

Not bad

Change your audio settings up. Go into file - Publish settings - click on the tab Flash - then change audio stream and audio event to 16 kps to 160 and quality to best for both. You can literally go and do it now and have better sound quality for you flash.

I don't know man lol

I thought the first one was much funnier then this one. This had a lot of repeated or slightly altered jokes. Sometimes sticking to the same formula works and sometimes it doesn't. With that aside it still wasn't bad but it wasn't the most rewarding sequal. My only suggestions would be switch up the skits a little more and strive to bring something new each time ;). Good Luck!

I completely understand. I was trying to balance the "backbone" skits from the first with new ideas, and I knew it would be a fine line between "rehashing" and my "signature." Thanks for the comment, man.

I'll try to give you some useful advice

Stay away from flash trailers because all lower animators give up on the real project almost 90% of the time. I would honestly suggest just practicing simple FBF and motion tween animations for a while and improve your animating skills. The sad truth is that if you have a good idea for a flash most people won't appreciate it unless your atleast somewhat good at animating first. If you don't improve your animation then you should atleast improve you art. That is another way of getting away with not doing too much work on animating.

I don't know if I can fully support a flash that's sole purpose was to be completely spoofed from the creator not even a couple weeks after its release. Yes i agree with your mesage you are trying to say that it was nothing special or well animated but why bother going this far. I also believe this was better then the original but i don't know if thats saying very much :/. I guess my only suggestion for you is make YOUR own work because YOU actually have a better talent for animating and art rather then the guy you were making fun of :P. I'm sure you can come up with an idea that will make your way onto the frontpage ;).

Seems like all my current animation projects/plans are pretty unoriginal... I have more original ideas I planned to make as comics, but your review makes me think that maybe I should animate some of them. Pretty much all of my Flash work so far has been parodies... But you're right, I (and other Flash artists) should show the world what my mind's come up with. I doubt I'll ever be on the front page, but thanks for the vote of confidence, and thanks for the honest review.

Well its not that the flash is bad . The problem is that its more like watching someone playing an oldschool game rather then watching a movie. I get the feeling that was the style you were going for but the problem to me is that that isn't much of a form of entertainment. I think you've got a good idea but maybe you just need to take it in a different direction. I'm not sure how that can be done so I hope this wasn't a completely useless review lol

I am planning on making it into an actual game eventually. This was mainly to showcase the 8-bit soundtrack, rather than simply posting the tracks online for people to listen to. It just ended up being more than that with the animation.
